Refund policy

360 Digital Transformation does not offer refunds. All course enrolments, course add-ons and other purchases made on this website are final and non-refundable once payment is received.

Why enrolments are final

Every enrolment includes lifetime access to your program's live session recordings and course materials from day one, with no expiry. Because that access is delivered to you straight away, enrolments cannot be cancelled or refunded.

What is not refunded

A change of mind after purchase
Missed live sessions, stopping attendance, or not completing a program
Course add-ons, including interview preparation, resume and LinkedIn optimisation, and workshops
Certification exam fees, which are paid directly to Anthropic or Microsoft and are governed by their own terms

Batch transfers

One free batch transfer is available up to 5 days before your batch starts, subject to seat availability. Email us to request it.

If we cancel a batch

If we cancel or indefinitely postpone a batch for reasons within our control, you may choose a full refund of your tuition for that program or a transfer to a future batch. This is the only situation in which a refund is issued.

Returns

All programs are delivered online and nothing is shipped, so there are no physical returns.
