New batches typically open every 2–3 weeks. Exact upcoming dates are shown on each program page — an advisor can also confirm live seat availability over a call or WhatsApp.

Yes, one free batch transfer is allowed up to 5 days before your batch starts, subject to seat availability in the new batch. Contact support to request a switch.

Classes are live and instructor-led, with every session recorded and added to your dashboard so you can revisit or catch up anytime within your access period.
PaymentsWhat payment and EMI options are available?
We accept cards, UPI, net banking and no-cost EMI over 3, 6 or 12 months through our payment partner. EMI plans can be selected at checkout.
PaymentsHow do I apply a coupon code?
Enter your code in the coupon field at checkout and select Apply — the discount reflects immediately in your order total. Only one coupon can be used per enrollment.

You can request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment if you've attended fewer than 2 live sessions. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Invoices are emailed automatically after payment and are also available anytime under Account → Orders in your dashboard.
CertificationsWhat is the Claude Certified Architect (CCA-F) exam?
CCA-F is Anthropic's foundational certification validating your ability to design and deploy Claude-powered agentic systems. Exam prep and a practice test are included in the Agentic AI Developer Program.
CertificationsIs the Microsoft Azure AI certification included in the fee?
Prep material and mock exams are included. The official Microsoft exam voucher is offered at a discounted rate at the end of the program — details are shared during onboarding.
CertificationsHow many attempts do I get for the certification exam?
Your program fee covers one exam attempt per certification. A retake can be purchased separately if needed — reach out to support for retake pricing.
CertificationsWill I get a 360DT completion certificate too?
Yes — every learner who meets the minimum attendance and project criteria receives a 360DT program completion certificate, shareable directly to LinkedIn.
Course AccessI can't log into the LMS — what should I do?
First try resetting your password from the login screen. If the issue continues, clear your browser cache or try a different browser — if it still fails, message our support team with your registered email.
Course AccessHow long can I access recordings and material?
You get lifetime access to recordings, notes and code repositories for the program you enrolled in, including future content updates to the same course.
Course AccessWhat if I miss a live class?
Every session is recorded and uploaded to your dashboard within 24 hours, so you can catch up at your own pace without losing progress.
CareerDoes 360DT guarantee a job after the program?
We don't promise guaranteed placement, but every learner gets resume reviews, mock interviews and introductions to our hiring partner network. Final outcomes depend on interview performance and market conditions.
CareerIs career support available after the course ends?
Yes — placement support continues for 6 months after course completion, including resume refreshes and interview prep sessions.

Go to Account → Profile Settings to update your details. Changing the email tied to your login will require a one-time verification link.
AccountHow do I reset my password?
Select "Forgot password" on the login page and follow the reset link sent to your registered email. Links expire after 30 minutes for security.
