Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, creating an account, reserving a seat, or enrolling in and paying for any 360 Digital Transformation program (each, a "Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the site or enroll in a Program.

If you are enrolling on behalf of an organization (for example, corporate L&D or a team booking), you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Definitions

  • "Program" means any live, cohort based course we offer, including the Agentic AI Developer Program and the Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) Program, and any Program we introduce in the future.
  • "Batch" or "Cohort" means a specific scheduled intake of a Program with fixed live session timing.
  • "Learner," "you," "your" means the individual enrolled in, or in the process of enrolling in, a Program.
  • "Course Materials" means recordings, slide decks, code repositories, datasets, project briefs, and any other content we provide as part of a Program.
  • "Certification Bodies" means Anthropic, Microsoft, and any other third party body whose exams a Program helps prepare you for.
04

Eligibility & Registration

18+ only. Our Programs are intended for adult learners. By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the registration details you provide (name, email, phone, payment information) are accurate and kept up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any learner portal or LMS credentials issued to you, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

05

Our Programs & Enrollment

Programs are delivered live online, instructor led, typically on a Saturday to Sunday schedule, over a published duration (for example, 14 to 16 weeks for the Agentic AI Developer Program and 16 to 18 weeks for the FDE Program). Seats per batch are capped to protect 1:1 mentor access.

  • Enrollment is confirmed once payment (or the first EMI installment, where applicable) is received and a batch seat is allocated to you.
  • Batch dates, published tuition, and seat availability are shared at the time of registration by our admissions team and may vary by cohort.
  • We may, at our discretion, offer to move you to a different batch of the same Program if the one you registered for is rescheduled, delayed, or cancelled for operational reasons.
  • Optional add on bundles (for example, in Python, SQL, Docker/Kubernetes, or interview prep) are governed by these same Terms unless a separate agreement applies.
06

Fees, Payment & EMI

Tuition, corporate/team rates, and available EMI (installment) plans are confirmed directly by our admissions team at the time of registration and are processed through our website's payment checkout or a third party payment/EMI provider. We do not store your full card or bank details; these are handled by our payment processor.

  • All fees are quoted and charged in the currency shown at checkout and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • If you choose an EMI plan, you are responsible for ensuring installments are paid on schedule; continued access to live sessions and the LMS may be paused if an installment is missed and not resolved within a reasonable notice period.
  • Certification exam fees for the Certification Bodies (see Section 9) are not included in Program tuition and are paid separately, directly to Anthropic or Microsoft on their own platforms.
07

Refunds & Cancellations

15 day refund window. You may request a full refund of your Program tuition within 15 calendar days of your date of purchase ("Day 1" being the day payment is made). To request a refund, email hello@360digitaltransformation.com from the address used to register, including your order/enrollment reference.
  • Refund requests received after the 15 day window has closed will not be processed as a matter of policy, regardless of how much of the Program has been attended or accessed.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take up to 7 to 10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Certification exam fees paid directly to a Certification Body are governed by that body's own refund policy and are not refundable through 360DT.
  • If we cancel or indefinitely postpone a batch for reasons within our control, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a future batch of the same Program, regardless of the 15 day window.
  • Force majeure: where a live session is delayed or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (instructor illness, natural disaster, government restrictions, or similar events), we will reschedule the session and this will not, by itself, entitle you to a refund outside the window above.
08

Live Sessions & Recordings

Every live session is recorded the same day and added to your learner dashboard. If you miss a live session, you may watch the recording and, where offered for your Program, re attend the equivalent module in a future live batch at no extra cost, subject to seat availability.

Lifetime access to recorded sessions is provided for your personal learning use for as long as we continue to operate the relevant Program and host the content; it does not guarantee indefinite hosting in the event 360DT discontinues a Program or ceases operations.

09

Certification Exams

Selected modules are mapped to the public exam blueprints of Anthropic's Claude Certified Architect: Foundations (CCA-F) and Microsoft's Azure AI-103 (Azure AI Apps & Agents Developer Associate).

No pass guarantee. This mapping is intended to prepare you for these exams; it is not a guarantee that you will pass either exam.
  • CCA-F and AI-103 are proctored credentials owned and administered by Anthropic and Microsoft respectively, not by 360DT.
  • Exam scheduling, proctoring, fees, and pass/fail outcomes are entirely between you and the relevant Certification Body, on their own platforms and under their own terms.
  • 360DT is not responsible for changes the Certification Bodies make to their exam content, availability, or pricing after you enroll.
10

Career Support Disclaimer

Where included in a Program, mock interviews, resume/LinkedIn support, an offer negotiation workshop, and introductions to hiring partners are provided as reasonable effort career support.

Not a placement guarantee. Final hiring decisions always depend on your own interview performance and the hiring employer's needs. 360DT does not guarantee any job offer, interview, or salary outcome.
11

Intellectual Property

All Course Materials, curriculum documents, branding, and the 360DT name and logo are the property of 360 Digital Transformation or our licensors, and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Course Materials for your own learning during and after the Program, for as long as access remains available under Section 8.
  • You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly share, or upload Course Materials (including recordings) to any public platform, or share your LMS login with anyone else.
  • Portfolio projects and code you personally write during the Program belong to you; frameworks, starter templates, and proprietary curriculum content we provide remain ours.
Account sharing is not allowed. If we discover that an account is being shared across multiple users, or that Course Materials are being redistributed, we may suspend the account and revoke access, with no refund due for the affected period.
12

Acceptable Use

When using our site, LMS, or live sessions, you agree not to:

  • Use the Program, our name, or our Certification Body partnerships to mislead others (for example, claiming a certification you have not obtained);
  • Disrupt live sessions, harass mentors or other learners, or engage in abusive conduct toward staff or fellow learners;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other learners' accounts, or non-public Course Materials; or
  • Use the Program for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of 360DT or any third party.

We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of this section, as described in Section 17.

13

Third-Party Platforms & Tools

Programs make use of third party APIs, frameworks, and cloud sandboxes, including the Claude API, OpenAI API, Gemini API, Azure AI Foundry, and open-source frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen. Where these are provided free tier or as part of a sandbox for the duration of the course, your use of them is also subject to the relevant provider's own terms of service, acceptable use policies, and rate limits, which are outside 360DT's control.

We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes made by these third party providers.

14

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our Programs, site, and Course Materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable care in designing and delivering our curriculum, we do not guarantee that any Program will be error free, uninterrupted, or that it will result in any specific exam result, certification, job offer, or salary outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 360 Digital Transformation, its officers, mentors, and trainers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss (including loss of income or opportunity) arising from your use of, or inability to use, a Program or our site. Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with a Program will not exceed the tuition fees you actually paid for that Program.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.

15

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold 360 Digital Transformation harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of Course Materials, or your violation of any applicable law in connection with your use of a Program.

16

Privacy & Data

Our collection and use of your personal information, including registration details, payment information handled by our processor, and learning activity, is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By enrolling, you consent to that processing as described there.

If you are located in the UK or EU, you have rights under applicable data protection law (including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data); requests can be sent to hello@360digitaltransformation.com.

17

Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to a Program, without a refund beyond what Section 7 already provides, if you materially breach these Terms. For example, we may do this if you share your account, redistribute Course Materials, or engage in abusive conduct.

You may stop attending a Program at any time; doing so does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund outside the window described in Section 7.

18

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect a new Program, a change to our refund process, or a legal requirement. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continuing to use our site or remaining enrolled in a Program after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms; if you do not agree with a material change, you should contact us before your next payment is due.

19

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, regardless of the office through which you enrolled or the country you access our Programs from.

Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to first raise any concern with us at hello@360digitaltransformation.com so we can try to resolve it directly. Subject to that, the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from these Terms.
